So Vettel wins the race and with it another Championship.
Upon doing so he does not to come straight into the pits but instead decides to celebrate. He does this by putting on a show for the fans, namely doing donuts at the start/finish line.
And the F1 officials fine him for the pleasure.

Now I am not a Vettel fan, nor am I a Formula 1 fan, and this is why...
The F1 officials decided to fine Vettel 25,000 Euro for not coming directly into the parc ferme, after he has just won the Championship.
Amazing.
Just amazing.
If F1 want someone with a brain to help run the races let me know, in fact let anyone know, because if you look up the dictionary definition of "stupid"... this is it!
